For most projects, you can continue living in your home. However, for extensive renovations, we’ll discuss the best approach with you. We aim to minimize disruption as much as possible.

Can I make changes to the plan once we've started?

Yes, changes can be made, but please understand that significant alterations might affect the timeline and cost. We’ll provide you with the impact details before proceeding.

Do you have a guarantee, and what happens if I'm dissatisfied?

We offer a 1-3 year warranty on our workmanship, ensuring that if any issues arise from our labor, we’ll address them at no additional cost to you. How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?

Renohouse accepts most payment methods for our services, including cash, credit/debit cards, checks (for existing customers), Venmo, Zelle and online payments. We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our client.

All projects are subject to a 25% deposit to begin construction.

Any refunds after materials have been purchased will require a 10% return fee, depending on the supply company policies.

Absolutely, our team is here to assist with designing your new space. We’ll guide you through selecting color schemes to planning the layout, ensuring your space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
