You’ll receive an overview of typical timelines based on similar projects, and if the proposed budget range works for you, we’ll proceed to the estimate phase.

Your dedicated Renohouse consultant will craft a detailed estimate using all the insights gathered from our discussions and assessment.

Once you approve the estimate, a $400 design deposit secures your spot, launching the design phase where we refine your project’s specific details and scope.

In the design phase, you’ll receive a thorough project assessment, including a concept estimate range and a valuation worksheet comparing your home’s future value with and without renovations.

Our design team will curate selections tailored to your style, staying within the agreed budget allowances, and create 3D renderings to bring your preliminary design to life.

We’ll present the updated estimate, selection options, and renderings for your feedback, fine-tuning the design until every detail is perfect and fully documented.

The $400 design deposit is a one-time, non-refundable fee, giving you the freedom to take our completed design with you if you choose not to proceed with us.

For most projects, you can continue living in your home. However, for extensive renovations, we’ll discuss the best approach with you. We aim to minimize disruption as much as possible.
Yes, changes can be made, but please understand that significant alterations might affect the timeline and cost. We’ll provide you with the impact details before proceeding.
We offer a 1-3 year warranty on our workmanship, ensuring that if any issues arise from our labor, we’ll address them at no additional cost to you. Renohouse accepts most payment methods for our services, including cash, credit/debit cards, checks (for existing customers), Venmo, Zelle and online payments. We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our client.
All projects are subject to a 25% deposit to begin construction.
Any refunds after materials have been purchased will require a 10% return fee, depending on the supply company policies.
